Hi,
If your video transforms the content into something new and original and adds new expression or meaning, it may be considered as fair use. Criticism, commentary, teaching, research, or news reporting are some examples of the fair use doctrine.
However, republishing copyrighted content even if you make a few modifications or credit the original owner may not be considered as fair use - as in your case. You must obtain the copyright owner's permission before reusing any of their content.

No, even that may sill be considered as a copyright infringement.
