Hello,

Every time a specific partner, whos using King Host as email provider, sends me a message, he gets that error. I could not find anything on Yahoo configs to whitelist that IP or his domain.

https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes (in reply to MAIL FROM command)

Any clue on how to solve that?

Thanks

Hi,

Check if your sender domain or IP is listed on Spamhaus. Ask them to send a blank email to see whether you can receive it or not - perhaps they include an attachment, characters or other elements that may cause the rejection of their email.

If you have the same problem with multiple providers, either your IP or domain is listed in a spam database. You can check with Spamhaus to see if this is the case and eventually what to do to get removed from the database.
