My facebook account recovery link and forget my password

Dear

My facebook account has been lock  date 03-08-2022 and not getting unlock because it's showing get code by email and code your phone problem.so i lost my email and phone .this account is very important for me.so i request to facebook give me other option like a unlock link option .to recovery my account.Please help me unlock my account soon as Possible.
