Hello,
If you are having issues accessing your work email, it's best to reach out to your IT department for assistance. They may be able to reset your account or provide you with a new password to regain access.
Sometimes, emails containing OTPs can be marked as spam or filtered into a different folder. Check your spam and other folders in your email account to ensure that the OTP email isn't hiding there.
If you're having trouble receiving the OTP, try using a different device or browser to log in. Sometimes, technical issues on a specific device or browser can prevent the OTP from being sent or received.

Hi,
As it's your work email, your IT admin should be able to unlock your account for you.
