"Suggestions For You" Problem

Hello, I'm having a problem with my account. When I click on "Discover People" I don't get any suggestions other than blue tick accounts with high followers. My contacts are in sync. I want to discover people with whom I have common followers, but it never comes up. I don't get suggestions like "You May Also Know" after following someone. I would really appreciate if you could help me​. ​​​​​​
