Hi,
If your account was disabled, you'll get a message explaining why it was disabled by Google and a link to appeal.
If this is not the case, I invite you to check with Google's recovery page to see if your account is still available on the servers. If it is, follow the instructions to recover it. Otherwise, you'll have to create a new account - your old one was deleted.
Note: CCM.net has no connection with Google and cannot recover your account for you.
