Hi,
I have the following problem: I have the application installed on 2 phones (one Android and one iOS) and on the desktop (windows). If I try to send the same image from any of the phones to another phone (the wife's, for example, Android)) everything is ok (the image opens immediately in the main screen of the application); if I send it from the computer, either the message appears "You may not have the necessary application to display this content" (on an Android phone) or "couldn't download document" (iOS).
What is the explanation and what should I do?
Thx

Hi,

It may be possible that the image you sent via your PC is saved in a format that is not supported by the mobile phones. Try converting it to .jpg, .png or .jpeg, then try again.

You're using WhatsApp Desktop, right? Make sure the app is on the latest version on all your devices. If this is the case, try reinstalling the app on your PC.

Alternatively, give a try to WhatsApp Web to see if the issue persists.
