Phone number that cannot be deleted on Whatsapp Closed

Hello,

I have a phone number that I cannot delete in Whatsapp even this number is not on my contact list.

This number continue to appear in Whatsapp even i do not have that number in the contact list.

I even disinstalled Whatsapp but the problem still exist.

Hi,

If you're using Android, I invite you to check your sync settings. Go to Settings > Accounts and make sure the option Automatically sync data is turned on.

Select your Google account in the list of accounts and choose Account sync. Make sure the option is turned on for Contacts. You can also select the 3 dots at the top right corner to select Sync now to refresh the data.

Now in WhatsApp, tap the button to start a new chat, select the 3 dots > Refresh.

Hi, did you try restarting your mobile or uninstalling and re-installing WhatsApp?
