Hi,
Did you try to recover it using this recovery page for hacked accounts? If Facebook doesn't recognize your email when filling out the appeal form for disabled accounts, try confirming your identity directly using this form.

i Download my Information From disabled page
i fond email my email : t*****.******@facebook.com (Previous email)
as Profile https://www.facebook.com/ t******.*****
and i loged by this mail....and done
can i try using this form with this mail and how access to Facebook email ?

This is your Messenger email - messages sent to this address can be accessed from your chats on Messenger. In your case, you can't access it as your account is disabled. If Facebook will provide you additional steps to recover your account, you'll not be able to follow them.
What you can try is to follow these methods to recover your Facebook account. Try also with a computer instead of your phone, that may help.
If the above methods didn't help to get your account back, clear your Web browser's cache and cookies from your devices and avoid any login attempt for 96 hours. After this time, you can try logging in to your account again.

From Download my Information From disabled page
i fond 3 emails to me ... I try all to login but of them sucess logined by it ...but I try upload my id for form but I got same error invalid emIl address......????????

It may be possible that Facebook no longer consider your account as disabled. To restore your access to your account, I invite you to try the solutions suggested above.

Hacker chang mail but he can't change mobile no.
