However, we can suggest you some steps in order to recover it.
- Go to this recovery page and click My account is compromised;
- Enter your email address or phone number or FB username;
- Enter your current or old password;
- Then, follow the instructions.
Here are also other methods in order to recover your Facebook account.
In addition, check your email address (and spam), Facebook may have sent you an email allowing you to reverse the change of your contact info.
