Hi,
If your email address isn't recognized, make sure there's no mistake when you type it. You can use the Google's username recovery tool to retrieve your email address.
If you're sure to enter the correct email, follow these steps to recover your Gmail account. However, if your account isn't recognized even with the recovery process, it means that your Gmail account is unfortunately no longer available on Google's servers. You need to create a new Google account with a different email address.
Also, please that CCM.net has no connection with Google, so we can't restore your account for you.
