My videos are unable to be downloaded by others

Hello,

My videos are unable to be downloaded by others. Although photos and voice chats have no issues only video files are having errors

They all, while downloading are having error of "The video is unavailable because somethi g is wrong with the video file"

Version 2,24,2,20 beta

Tried clearing Cache

Tried clearing Data

Did a full reinstall of whatsapp

Date and time are set to automatic 

Anything else to be tried, your help will be highly appreciated.
