Facebook and Instagram are suspended. I have no idea why.

Hello, Thank you for your help.  My FB account is suspended.  No information, no way to appeal.  I can't sign in to FB or Instagram.  FB notice of suspension told me to go to Oculus to appeal.  I went and find no way to appeal.  On oculus, my account says its in good standing.  Can I open a new account and assume this suspended one is gone.  I've read many people waiting months and months and hearing nothing.  I don't use the FB account often, but I do look at Instagram posts.  Can you give advice?
