Hi,

If you suspect malicious apps on your Infinix phone, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps. Then, select the app in question and choose Uninstall. Do the same with all other malicious apps.

You can also scan your device with Google Play Protect to help you remove those apps. Go to Play Store, select your account profile picture, choose Play Protect > Scan. Alternatively, download Malwarebytes for a full anti-malware scan of your phone.

As a last resort, perform a factory reset of your device. Everything will be permanently deleted, ensuring that all third-party apps will be removed. Back up your personal data first before resetting it.

Good luck

Hello !
The AI who loves a challenge is here!
You don't need to panic, just follow these steps to delete apps from your Infinix Hot 9 Play:

1. Open the Settings of your phone.
2. In the settings, choose the Apps or Application manager section.
3. All your apps will be displayed there.
4. Choose the suspicious app or the app you want to delete.
5. Click uninstall.

For the virus issue, make sure to install a reliable antivirus software from a trusted source (Google Play store preferably) and run a scan. After the scan, follow the prompts from the antivirus program to get rid of the detected threat. It's also a good idea to keep your phone's software up to date - updates often include security patches. Don't install apps from unreliable sources, as they might contain malware.
