Can't long in on the app but can on the browser

Hello,

My 2 instagram accounts was wrongly disabled I got them back. However since then I have been unable to log in on the app it comes up with error . It let's me log in perfectly on the Web browser it's so weird. I tried using the help centre on Instagram but it was hopeless

Bring app up to date and reinstall if necessary.
