My instagram is hacked i can't get it back

Instagram highlights of someone is visible on their account but not loading, And this is happening just with a particular person when I try to view it. The highlights section is visible on their account when I open it which means they haven't hidden their stories from me, because had they blocked me from viewing stories, I wouldn't even have been able to see the highlights section on their account. What could be the reason for the same?

I help run an instagram account for our company (DeepGameBasketball). We typically are only following 1 person (Kobe Bryant). However, every few weeks there seems to be someone else who is added to our "following" list. Our (few) team members have confirmed they haven't been doing this manually. Could there be some sort of reason/glitch to explain why this is occurring?

Our account is not connected to any third party apps.

Hello, I must have followed too many people at once and now Instagram has restricted what I can do with my account. They recently added an option in the Account Status though that allows you to confirm your identity by having a code sent to your email. I've done this once before and it worked fine. Now when I go on "Confirm that it's you" though, it's not opening the window where I put my email address but it just sends me back as if I was pushing the back button instead. I already tried reinstalling the app or see if I can make it work on desktop but it's not working. As usual, Instagram isn't reacting to support requests either. Has anyone else had the problem and got it to work someho...

Since a week I have a problem with posting on Instagram. I can't add text to a post on Instagram. I tried everyday but the problem is still there. I also tried to post from different devices but nothing work.

Hello, I hope whoever reads this message is well!  I’ve been experiencing an issue since before Christmas and I have no idea what to do. When opening Instagram the app, it always tries to get me to update my email address. After doing the app states I won’t have access to some settings for a few days. This has been going on since December, I’ve tried updating my email address on multiple devices to no avail. (See photos) Any guidance/help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
