Installing yahoo messenger

Hello,
i am not able to install yahoo messenger on my system. when I am trying to install a message appears that GLB14C8.tmp has stopped working. My system is running with Windows Vista Ultimate & I am using Mozila Firefox browser.

Hi, You can download and install messenger. download it from softpedia.com
that will help you to install offline
