Cannot open classified websites

Hello,
cannot open classified websites through microsoft word,it says "this operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.Please contact system administor." I had tried to uninstall google chrome,from then onwords i am unable to open classified websites through micro soft word and i'm getting the error stated above.Please solve this problem as soon possible.I cannot open the websites from 6th july 2009. I kindly request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.Thanking You.

hi,

make sure you are logged in the administrator account.

check if the websites have been restricted by the firewall.

run an updated antivirus to clean your computer from any virus.
