hi,
>make a back up of all your important files and then shut down the computer.
>(using another computer) download a BIOS flash utility in DOS version. You will get it in the official website of the motherboard manufacturer. (asus, asrock, MSI, etc...).
>create a bootable floppy disk in which you will put the flash utility, then write-protect the floppy.
>disconnect the hard disk from the motherboard or simply remove it from the computer.
>start the computer and go to the BIOS menu (press Del button when starting the computer) and then select boot from floppy as the first boot order.
>insert the floppy and boot the computer via the floppy disk.
>do not turn off the computer until the computer tells you to do it else your computer might be out of order permanently!
>Download a low-level format tool from the official website of the make of your hard disk and format it.(using another computer)
>Connect the HDD to its original computer and reinstall windows using the Installation CD. If you do not have it, you may buy it in a Microsot reseller shop.
