Help needed-Vista-download iTunes

Hello,
I have Vista with my Laptop. I can't get my iPod loaded from my iTunes Library.
The ITunes window at top reads Syncing do not disconnect, then right away reads O.K.
to disconnect. But none of the items have been downloaded to my iPod. This worked
perfect for the last 4 yrs on Windows XP for me. Help, I miss my podcasts from iTunes.

hi,

you need to update the iTunes version.

use the latest one (iTunes 8.2).

you try to update the version of the firmware for your iPod as well.
