MS 2007 word cannot open MS 2003

Hello,
I have isntalled MS 2007- I cannot open MS 2003 word documents- i have downloaded MS compatibility packs even then its no good. Can anyone help please????????? thanx

ok, again u will check the 2003 document file in ms-word 2003 and change the name newly.
again open it in 2007 ms-word.
