Help Me repair my pen drive

Hello,
i have one moser baer 4 GB pen drive which does not work properly now.
When i connect it to PC it shows message "Plz, Insert a disk drive". And i`m not able to format it and want a recovery & repair software.

Dear Sir,

You will have to format it in disk management,

Right Click on My Computer, Manage,

Select disk management,

Try to locate your pen drive there,

Just right click and select format

how are you, i am from india my pen drive in no paste data, plese tell me repiar my pen drive.
