How to write a batch file

Hello,
can anybody tell me that what will be the script of a batch file with the following requirement.

1.It will take a automatic back up of a drive to another drive with the name of date folder(ex-16.07.08)
2.After taking the back up it will clear the the content of the drive from where the back up will be taken.
3.It will do the mentioned two proccess,but folder name will be changed automatically of next seventh days date,
like if first folder name is 16.07.09 the next folder name will be 23.07.08.
4.A schedule task will be running on a day of a week.
