Question regarding security.

Hello,
this is a student of B.C.A.
i want to know that if i copy something in my pendrive or on c.d. then i give it to others and they copy data from pendrive or cd.
so is it possible that i can stop this copy or cut from that c.d.
i want to know about some software regarding that kind of security.
if u copy from any c.d. of any institute or any kind of important data of IELTS c.d. u will not able to copy it .
how i can do that?
