i formate my pc i need sound card sorfware can u tell where can i find it.......... my pc it dell dimension 3100

Problem in sound
Mac show sound in menu bar - Guide
Sound picker - Guide
3 beep sound in cpu - Guide
Ps4 turn off controller sound - Guide

click on the link and choose the driver
