Will gta run on my pc?

Hello,
i need some help with gta 4 cause i m a nube and dont know anything bout comps,
well i now have a pc with:
intel core i7
24 gb ram
8 tb hdd
nvidia geforce 295 gtx 2048mb
windows vista ultimate 64bit sp2 and windows 7 ultimate rc 32bit

can i run the game?
