Speed problem

Hello, my collage internet speed 512 kbps, but my laptop getting 70 kbps ,n also the speed of transfering data will dicreasing to 1kbps within 6minits n then it will stops.

I will advise you installing Internet Download Manager,

IDM: http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/

OR

DAP: http://www.speedbit.com/

Both are download accelerators!
