Gprs connection problem

Hello,
I am having a mobile "blue" model 471x. i have gone through the process of gprs activation. i have received prov. pin no for setting and have done the setting with configuration sucessful. But still when i connect the mobile to pc with the port active and open the internet browser, it shows the message for dial up connection and asks for user name and password. Please let me know my usernsme and password.

Hye there,

I will advise you to call your network customer care for this issue,

You should have the GPRS settings on your phone first

Just ask them for GPRS settings
