Sims 3 mobile crashing after character creati

Hello, i bought sims 3 for my mobile phone, and now everytime i get past the character creation and trying to play with my new sim, when it says are you sure you want this sim? w.e it says i press yes and it crashes! i only bought it last night, it was fine last night and this morning, yet it stopped working about midday time. i turned my phone off and on again, and i have reset my phone, but still it won't work! I have an LG ks360 phone - any help?
