Why isnt my password and email not working

Hello, MII NAME IS SANNA AND EVERYTIME I PUT I MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD IT ALWAYS SAY This account has been locked out for 15 minutes due to excessive failed login attempts. Please try again or Click Here to enter a different e-mail and password. then i wait till 15 min come and its says the same thing plz somebody tell me what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
