Internet Explorer cannot display page

Hello,
Hello,
I have a wireless internet connection on my Win XP SP3 laptop. It worked very well before now but as i try to use it now after such a long time, it started saying page cannot be displayed. Mozilla Fireworks works very well, in fact excellently, but i just prefer to use Internet explorer and have tried all i can, with the settings, to get it to work.

An urgent reply/assistance will be very much appreciated.

Hye there,

this is a very common problem,

to solve this, open internet explorer,

Click on Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab > click on LAN Settings,

Then tick automatically detect proxy settings,

Click OK

And restart your Internet Explorer

wow....thanks i was having the same problem and it worked. I unclick the box and now its working. yeah
