How to create a boot.ini sequence to wipe

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to write a sequence when the computer boots up that it will wipe clean and be formated. Can the sequence have a calendar date which it will execute the clean. Just basically needs to be turned on that day and poof... everything is gone...
