Dear Sir,
Please check your time and date settings,
Just change it to the correct time and even check the timezone
And even go to your control panel, to firewall,
Just try to see if your firewall is blocking the msn messenger program
If yes just add Msn Messenger to the exception list,
Click ok and restart your computer
