No log on

Hello, I have a gateway MX8738, and I believe I had a virus. So ran my mcafee. Found a trojan and program was delected. After scan was done I rebooted and know nothing. I log on and screen goes black, I hit ctrl*alt*del and to start task manager, and goes black again. Same thing in safe mode. Deploying in 2 days need help.

hi,

go to the boot menu (press F8 repeatedly when starting the computer)

and click on Last known good configuration.

this should fix the problem.

if not, then repair the windows.

No log on
