Browsers or Router

Hello,
please help...
New computer with Vista when using Mozilla wont open emails on comcast or msn.
IE works. I prefer Mozilla. I have uninstalled and installed Mozilla over and over. The older computer works fine with both browsers.
Please Note:The new HP opened emails using Mozilla at Best Buy using their wireless.
I had an IT person here that could not figure it out. Would a new router be the answer if the older computer works fine with both Browsers and the new one does not?
What else can I do to troubleshoot the compatibility?
Gone to Tools on Mozilla all is updated and fine?
would the 3 year old Netgear need an update with the new computer?

hi there,

no need to change router as you mentioned,

the other pc is working perfectly with both browsers
and
what can be done is go to your browser>tools>clear private data

or even options and delete proxy settings

this should work

Sorry on Mozilla the proxy is off and the browser choices on Mozilla are not the same under tools and options..can you please help me step by step to allow Mozilla Browser work?
