Lights router turns on and then turns off

Hello,
my router problem the internet light turns on and then turns off I have done every thing thats required and

when I restart my modem internet works for 10 min sometimes but after this problems starts
the internet light blinks and then turns off and then after some time it atumatically turns on after sometime it turns off again

hi there,

You should try to hard reset your router for 30 seconds and then re-configure it...

Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds.

Release the reset button

Unplug the power cable from your router,

wait for 30 seconds and re-connect the power cable

Now re-configure your router

and update its firmware also

i reset the modem and recofingured it as u told
it worked for some 30 minutes and the problem still exists

sometimes the 4 lights are on but net does't work? it does not pass data I thinks so

zte dsl 831 im using is it the modem im using has some problems or some network problems

my router light turns off after sometime and then after 2 min 3 min it turns on again
sometime when turns on again net does not work the four light on of my router and still the net does not work
is it the problem from service provider or the modem?
i reset the modem and reconfigured it hard 1000000000 time but still after some while just...........
