15 minutes before I can start computer

Hello,
When I restart my computer, it will not come back on. I have to turn it off and let it sit for about 15 minutes and then turn it back on before it will work. What the heck is causing this? I've been trying to restore my computer to an earlier date and it can't complete the operation because of this problem.

Hi !

Maybe it's a heating problem. Check out if the process's fan is well attached to it and it's turning.
