Please can you help me in retrieving my user name & password which I have forgotten on my Compaq laptop. And I've my accountant data which is confidential.

hi there,

if its a company laptop then contact your

computer administrator

or on start up screen

press ctrl alt del x 2

then user name Administrator
password press enter
