Vista just keeps on saying logging off

Hello,

i have a vista computer and every time i put on the laptop it just keeps on saying logging off

Hello there,

I am sorry but if you have a recovery partition or disc, please recover the laptop to factory settings

This is the only things to be done,

OR you will have to format and re-install a fresh Vista OS
