PC Will Not Power Up Closed

Hello,
Turned off my HP Pavillion Desktop. Turned back on and there is no power, but green power light is blinking. Checked outlet connections and everything else turns on, e.g. printer is working from. Help!

Hye there,

I think that there must a problem with the motherboard or the DDR ram memory,

I will advise you to turn off everything, then remove the DDR memory modules, 

Place it back and then try to see if the computer starts normally
