Hello, my computer will not let me log in. when I try to log in to any of the accounts on the login screen the screen resets and to the way is was before I clicked on the account to login. sorry, I find this hard to eplain. i hope I have given the info needed.

have you tried to get to the setup menu see if that has a bit of info

yes, but there is no info that i could see that would make it do what it is doing. its picking up all atached hardware everything seems to be working.

hi there,

after booting

before giving the password to desired user log

press ctrl shift del X 2

type administrator as username

password either leave blank or if you made any password while setting windows use it

once logged as admin

reset all passwords in control panel

ok, thanks. I will give that a try. I do know my pasword and put it in right. the account that does not have a password will not load eather. but I will do that and see what happens.

I hit c alt del x2 and nothing happened it stays on the same screen. any other ideas
