have you tried to get to the setup menu see if that has a bit of info

hi there,
after booting
before giving the password to desired user log
press ctrl shift del X 2
type administrator as username
password either leave blank or if you made any password while setting windows use it
once logged as admin
reset all passwords in control panel

ok, thanks. I will give that a try. I do know my pasword and put it in right. the account that does not have a password will not load eather. but I will do that and see what happens.

I hit c alt del x2 and nothing happened it stays on the same screen. any other ideas
