Dell studio does not start up wellClosed

Hello,
Greetings,
My new Dell studio laptop does not start up well without a power cable being plugged in yet I have changed the settings in the control panel to start up normally.
What can I do? 
Also my sound/volume/speaker is not working, yet I can see that the device drivers are installed.

Hello,

What do you mean it doesn't start well?

If the laptop turns off without the charger, means your battery lifetime is over, 

For the sound problem, you will have to re-install the sound device driver, 

I will advise you using your driver cd to re-install the driver
