Hello,
my dell windows vista laptop, was updating the windows and i shutdown the computer by accident, now when i restart, the computer, the windows automatically run the startup repair, but i getting the same error message over and over again, that the startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically, then the system shutdown.
I call DELL, and i was told to go to system recovery options, then go to Dell factory image restore, but first i need to backup same important files on my computer, so my question is: how to backup if i cannot access my documents ?
