Screen Blank in Normal, But not in SAFE!

Hello, ok guys my problem is (lol im in safe mode atm) is that after i type in password for normal it goes black. now my setup is i have my laptop hooked up to my TV (HD LCD) but when it goes blank i can still see it on the laptop.

Now i unistalled GFX card and rebooted and it worked but after 5min it went blank. so this time i did

run > msconfig > services

and i disabled all then when i restarted VUALA!!! it worked

BUTTT

-- i had no sound or Internet.. and there was probobly more but idk.

so what i did was i went back into safemode (w/ networking so i can type this message) and did

run > msconfig > services (again)

and i kept the same Services that were clicked (so i could atleast have network support.)

so when i restarted it went black again WTF!. im super confused idk what to do.
