No CD-Rom Drvie

Hello,
I installed Virtual Clone Drive on my computer and after i did i couldn't play cd's or anything, i deleted it and now there is no cd-rom drive anywhere on my pc. it opens and closes but doesnt appear on my pc anywhere and doesnt read anything. help?

make a system restore

to the date before you installed that software

i can't because the only way to restore it to before the softeware is by disk and it doesnt work

or at least i dont know a way how? does anyone know how to sys restore without cd? its ok if it deletes everything
