Hello, when i first got my iphone i set it up on a different computer at my boyfriends home, but i want to get all my details on my computer so that i can update it on my comp without going all the way to his. How can i do this? when ever i plug my cable from my iphone to the comp it doesnt work and i cant update it. please help me :) thank you x

Hey there Laura,

You will need to install itunes on your computer,

Please download it here:

https://www.apple.com/itunes/

Then connect your iphone to the computer using the cable,

Your computer will recognize the phone and will sync with itunes and also update
