Hello,
I have this kind of problem. Today i get new chasse from CoolMaster so i moved all parts of computer to the new chasse. All good. But when i start it, my screen is black :S HD starts, all fans start, graphic card starts, avdio card starts but CPU fan don't and my mouse which is powered over usb doesn't start too and keyboard neaither.
But funny thing is, that computer worked till i moved to the other chasse =) So...any solution to my problem?

if the fans work then you go power coming in.. so that's good.. but if your CPU fan isn't spinning.. Then it's either not plugged in.. or you don't have power or enough power.. since some motherboards you had to plug in 2 cords. going in.. and if you don't have power to the motherboard then of course the rest of the system won't work.
Well check and see if you need to plug another cord into your motherboard..

I did get solution than next day. I checked rams and there were problem. Dual channel on motherboard didn't work proparly, so i just moved one ram to the other position and computer work =)
