My laptop wont start

Hello,

My laptop wont start up.
It begins the start up process and gets past the black windows screen then reboots itself. It does this in a loop.

Please help

Hello,

Step 1:
Pls, try and see if you can gain access to the setup(BIOS) and reset to "Default Setting", save and exit.
