my windows computer is stuck on the bLACK screen . it all happened wihen i closed the power switch when my comp was in a huuugggggeeee laggg. now i tryed evey thing and it keeps restarting it says start windows normally star windows in safe mode ect... none of those work.... plz help me my hot mail is william_cool123@hotmail.com thnks

I have the exact sam problem, ive had to take my computer to a shop to hopefully get fixed without losing important files! did u find a solution?
