4gb ram

Hello,
Does intel d945gccr support ddr2 667mhz Ram?
I have installed 4gb of Ram but it shows only 3.25gb in vista 32 bit (ultimate) ,I also have 512mb graphics card and 128mb on board graphics.please help me

hello frnds intel D945GCCR is a good mobo but its can suppur max 2 gm sd ddr2 ram . and the hight frz is 533 . so if u have installed a ram with 667 or 800 speed the mobo wll restrict it in max 533 so there is no way u cam overclock this in this mobo . and the size of ram is max 2 gb ( 1GBx2 ) so if u have installed 2GB in bothe slots it wll just show the max size but the mobo will again restrict to 2 gb max . i dnt have any idea abt the graphics interface in this mobo but 512 may work . thanks
